We produce artisan pasta made using traditional Italian methods, including bronze dies and a slow and low process—making the pasta slowly and drying it at low temperatures. This traditional approach ensures superior texture and flavor in our pasta. We source our flour from Italy, the UK, and Ireland, selecting only the finest ingredients.

We're proud of our ancient grain varieties, and currently, we have a Special Edition pasta focusing on sustainability. We've partnered with Wildfarmed to create something truly special using their sustainably grown flour. This collaboration reflects our commitment to environmental responsibility and producing pasta that's as good for the planet as it is delicious. Our commitment to quality has been recognized—we were awarded 2 stars at the Great Taste Awards this year. Our pasta stands out for its exceptional taste and perfect al dente texture.
