In 2023, we were honored to win the Chef's Larder Award at the prestigious Blas na hÉireann Irish Food Awards for our casarecce pasta. This award reflects the exceptional quality and flavor of our pasta, reinforcing our commitment to producing outstanding products. The Blas na hÉireann Awards are well-known for celebrating the finest food products in Ireland, and receiving this recognition highlights our dedication to excellence in a competitive industry.

We source our casarecce pasta from 100% premium Italian durum wheat, cultivated in collaboration with the dedicated farmers of the Coldiretti association's Prime Terre project. This high-quality wheat is sown, grown, and harvested in the renowned agricultural regions of Puglia, Tuscany, Sicily, and Campania, ensuring only the best ingredients are used in our pasta.

Also known as "casareccia", this short pasta is characterized by its curled edges and central groove. The name "casarecce" means "homemade" in Italian, reflecting its traditional preparation. Originating from Sicily, casarecce is a versatile pasta, pairing perfectly with Southern Italian sauces that include Mediterranean staples like eggplant, tomatoes, and basil. It is also commonly served with seafood, such as swordfish, embodying the rich flavors of the region.
